Trusting your intuition can create your dream wellbeing business

Intuition - Wellbeing business school

How to use your intuition to succeed in your wellbeing business

You know that feeling when you make a business decision and it just feels right it’s exciting you feel like you are on the path to success.

Other times you make a decision that just feels plain wrong, (even though on paper you would be mad not to do it.)

This is your intuition speaking to you, intuition doesn’t always make sense but in my experience, it is rarely wrong.

Steve Jobs called intuition “more powerful than intellect”. Albert Einstein called it the sacred gift.

Much of our success comes from our intuition, the courage to follow that gut instinct to take the next step that will create the business we crave.

Intuition in you wellbeing business brings about a free flow of ideas and creativity it helps us stay true to our core values.

2 ways to use your intuition today?

Cut the mind chatter…..

Information is coming at us at a faster rate than ever this cause’s our minds to become overwhelmed. To feel your intuition, be more mindful go for a walk, meditate, breath which ever works for you. Slowing the mind helps us to feel past the fears and repetitive thoughts.

Feel into your body….

Pay attention to your gut feelings and bodily reactions as you make business decisions today, our bodies are a great guide for our intuition.

Intuition is like a muscle it needs to be exercised, the more we use it the easier it is to hear and trust the response.

I am of the belief that a business run on intuition and intellect reflects our values and heart felt passion this leads to success not just for us but our customers as well.

Now it is over to you.

Have you used either of these steps? If so, which one?
